Preheat oven to 325*
Beat two eggs in large mixing bowl.
Whisk in sugar, flour, vanilla, light brown sugar in that order.
Add in pancake syrup and a pinch of salt
Add the butter, whisk to get all lumps out
Fold in chocolate chips and pecans, reserving a few of each
Sprinkle reserved chocolate chips and pecans across bottom of piecrust
Put mixture into piecrust
Place pie onto lined cookie sheet
Bake 55-60 minutes
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream
