ingredients

2 large eggs
½ cup Clover Valley white flour
½ cup Clover Valley granulated sugar
½ cup light brown sugar
¾ cup softened butter
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup Clover Valley Pecans halves chopped
1 tsp vanilla
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp of Clover Valley pancake syrup
1 Clover Valley Graham Cracker Pie Crust

directions

Preheat oven to 325*

Beat two eggs in large mixing bowl.

Whisk in sugar, flour, vanilla, light brown sugar in that order.

Add in pancake syrup and a pinch of salt

Add the butter, whisk to get all lumps out

Fold in chocolate chips and pecans, reserving a few of each

Sprinkle reserved chocolate chips and pecans across bottom of piecrust

Put mixture into piecrust

Place pie onto lined cookie sheet

Bake 55-60 minutes

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream
