Cheesy Football

    Ingredients

  • 2 (8-oz.) pkg. brick cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8-oz.) pkg. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Clover Valley® Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Clover Valley® Spoonable Salad Dressing
  • or Reduced-Fat Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup chopped Clover Valley® Pecan Halves
  • 2 Tbsp. pimento strips
  • RITZ Crackers

    Directions

  1. Beat first 5 ingredients with mixer until blended. Stir in onions. Refrigerate several hours.
  2. Form into football shape; coat with nuts.
  3. Add pimentos for the lacing. Serve with crackers.

    Substitute

  • Substitute 1 (3-oz.) pkg. real bacon bits for the pecans.

Chili Cheese Bean Dip

    Ingredients

  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 cup Heinz® Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can chopped green chilies

    Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan.
  2. Heat, stirring, until cheese is melted.
  3. Serve warm.

Ultimate Nachos

    Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. extra-lean ground beef
  • 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 7 cups tortilla chips (6 oz.)
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup sliced Clover Valley® Black Olives
  • 1 (10-oz.) can RO*TEL Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, well drained

    Directions

  1. Brown meat in skillet; drain.
  2. Microwave VELVEETA® in small microwaveable bowl on High 1 minute or until completely melted, stirring after 30 seconds.
  3. Place chips on large platter; top with VELVEETA®, meat and remaining ingredients.

    Substitute

  • Substitute 1 pouch (4 oz.) VELVEETA® Cheese Sauce for the cubed VELVEETA®. Empty pouch into microwaveable bowl. Microwave on High 30 seconds or until heated through. For a thinner sauce, stir in 2 tablespoons milk, then microwave an additional 10 seconds.
